When I first conceived the idea for Brellow, my aim was to create a modern furniture and home decor brand that celebrates eccentricity, artistic flair, and playful design. Brellow is not just a brand; it's a carefully curated experience that brings together trend-setting pieces from independent artists and designers, offering a unique platform for creativity and individual expression. The goal is to create a go-to destination for customers seeking artistic, individual, and specialty home decor pieces synonymous with creativity and style.

The name "Brellow" itself is a testament to the brand's vibrancy, blending the words "Bright" and "Yellow" to symbolize illumination and positivity in living spaces. This blend of words perfectly encapsulates the brand’s goal to light up spaces with unique and artistic pieces that not only serve a functional purpose but also add personality and style to a home.

Visual identity

The Brellow logo and visual language embrace the brand’s personality with movement in the logo's type in addition to fun, hand-drawn floral shapes, squiggles, and doodle-like brand illustrations that incorporate arcs and curls to mimic the brand's energy. This playfulness is further accentuated by a broad and colorful palette that encourages experimentation, while the core colors of tomato, amaranth pink, saffron, jet, and marshmallow anchor the brand's aesthetic.

For Brellow’s typography, I opted for Margaret and Outfit—two fonts that perfectly complement the brand's modern and stylish personality. Margaret brings an artistic touch, while Outfit adds a contemporary flair, together creating a harmonious visual identity that aligns with the brand goals.

Brand support

To ensure consistent brand representation, I worked on various brand support elements, including web and mobile design, social templates, and advertisements. These elements are designed to reflect Brellow's essence, providing speculative customers with a seamless and immersive brand experience that truly resonates with Brellow's individual style.
